Introduction
1. PLC intelligent control with data input and output device, realizes human-machine interface dialogue. Also includes advanced safety logic control and fault diagnosis system.
2. Advanced hydraulic proportional control technology, easy to control the pressure and volume of any oil branch in the hydraulic system. Suitable for any kinds of raw materials.
3. Feeding material in low-frequency, and vibrating in high-frequency, together with mould pressing and platform vibrating. So concrete can liquefied and exhaust completely in 2 to 3 minutes to produce blocks with high density and strength.
4. Multi-functional machine. By changing moulds, it can produce road verge brick, river channel brick, slope-protecting brick, plaza pavement brick, dock brick and grass brick, etc.
