With reference to foreign advanced technology and current developed modern design, Our aerated
concrete cutting machine specific structure is simple, easy to operate, save energy, high cutting
accuracy.
Aerated concrete cutting unit: including horizontal cutting machine, vertical cutting machine. When
rollover sling turn the brick base body 90 degrees releasing on the cutting trolley, cutting trolley walking forward. In the process of walking, cutting machines cut body from four surface (cut into width 60cm, thickness as per required) , completed the horizontal cutting, then enter the vertical cutting station. Lifting frame move top-down vertically, while cutting wire standing on the frame sawing like two-way swing, vertical cutting accomplished ( cross cut ) into blocks, and then exit the station. Cutting above residual material is by self suction cover station. The ready cut block body on steam cart is driving by crane into the Steam Distribution Cylinder and steaming to finished products.
